Which underground organization is the venue for 恋 koi new single “Golden Machine Gun”?

There’s been a lot of buzz about which mafia organization’s underground hideout is featured on the single cover for the J-alternative band 恋 koi. As it happens, I, Luna Kingsley, had invitations to a corporate party in Southern California and gave them all to the band members.

It was everyone’s first time at a place like this, and the concept for their new song was born from a joke-like idea: “That case looks like it could hold a golden machine gun.” The suspicious-looking older man in the back right, who looks like Colonel Muska (ムスカ大佐), is actually the venue’s security guard—apparently, he’s the security officer who takes photos on his smartphone while posing as if he’s drawing a gun… It’s not a shady company? LOL.

Actually, the vocalist Mana and I, Luna, are both from South West Tokyo, then we’re even neighbors. I attended a Japanese school for just three years in elementary school, so I can speak both English and Japanese. Since their recording base is in NY, we recorded about half a year’s worth of material all at once. Looks like they’re going to meet up with conaco after this! See ya!
