Hi girls and boys! Out nocco has been busy lately releasing a greatest hits album and scouting locations, and her latest single tells a fun story by combining the lyrics of two songs, it’s a song that literally depicts a parallel reality. It’s a re-release of a past single, remixed for 2026.

The reason the version is titled “South Bay” is that it apparently means “a bay somewhere in the south” rather than the specific South Bay area south of LA—so the location isn’t really specified… that’s the vibe. She has always had deep ties to the New York Museum of Art; even though she’s working as a pole dancer by some mistake, she’s actually a serious Metropolitan girl. As for her relationship with her dad, who’s from North Carolina… it’s supposedly improved somewhat thanks to her older sister Minako’s wedding, and she says this year is all about getting her personal affairs in order.

When I asked, “Aren’t you going to restart your City Pop series on YouTube?” she replied on Discord in a somewhat dismissive tone, “It’s not the right time right now, and unlike B Green, I’m not just a City Pop girl.” When I asked, “What are you going to call it?” she said, “I’m still on the fence—nothing’s decided yet.” Our nocco, a mysterious, enigmatic girl, nor Wednesday lady. I, Luna Kingsley, won last year’s dance battle, but when it comes to music, I’m totally hopeless…I couldn’t win… blah blah… I might as well just stick to back-office work. Bye!
